At Steroid UK, we try to provide easy, convenient online services for smooth shopping. To give you an insight into our process, here are the answers to some of the common questions that the customers shopping on our website ask regarding the delivery of the steroids bought through our website.

1. How will my order be packaged?

All packages are dispatched in plain brown envelopes with no indication of the contents or your identity on the outside. Your privacy is our top priority.

2. How Long to Deliver the Steroids?

Delivery times all vary according to your location. Every day, we deliver throughout the UK therefore, delivering your goods within 24 hours Monday to Friday; the weekend is accounted for on Saturday and Sunday. Any order received on Saturday and Sunday ships Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Note that orders must be placed by 1 pm to receive next-day delivery.

  • UK Deliveries: Packages posted from the UK usually take 1-3 days for delivery.
  • EU Warehouse to UK and International Deliveries: Parcels dispatched from our EU Warehouse may take between 14-21 days for delivery. International Warehouse Deliveries: Shipments from our International Warehouse could take up to 14-21 days also.

3. The Date When the Delivery Was Expected Has Passed and I Have Still Not Got My Order—What to Do?

While Steroid UK takes every measure to ship orders in good time, sometimes delays may still happen and they can be caused by more than one factor. Late delivery from suppliers, reasons for public holidays, or problems with the posting service occasionally do occur. Moreover, incomplete or inadequate shipping details provided by customers will lead to delayed or lost goods.

Kindly ensure that all information you avail during the order process is valid and complete since we are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or omitted information.

4. My Order Has Been Lost or Delayed—What Should I Do?

Orders are assumed lost if they have not arrived within 28 days of being placed. However, unforeseen situations may cause an inordinate amount of delay. We, hence can only start investigating a missing order after the end of a realistic time-frame has passed. If you have not received your order, it is your liability to contact our customer support team. Please note that we may not be able to process a refund request if the proper procedure has not been followed.
